To create an account at GK 777, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may hold only one account — if multiple household members play from the same device, please notify our support team in advance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. You will need to submit a photo of your National ID or passport along with proof of your payment method. GK 777 aims to complete verification within 48 hours.

• Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• If a bonus is active, the wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

How Wagering (Playthrough) Works

Wagering refers to the total amount you must bet in order to withdraw a bonus. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with an 18x wagering requirement means you must place ৳18,000 in bets.

• Only Sports Betting wagers with minimum odds of 1.40 count towards wagering requirements.
• Slots contribute 100%, Live Casino 50% — Baccarat banker bets count for only 10%.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be activated on a single deposit.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

Bet Cancellation & Recalculation

If a match or event is abandoned or suspended mid-way, GK 777 will void the bet and refund the original stake — unless the specific betting market's rules state otherwise.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — you may use the Cash Out feature if it is available.
• If an obvious error is found in the odds, GK 777 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Match fixing or betting using inside information is strictly prohibited — any confirmed violation will result in permanent account closure.
• Arbitrage betting (using multiple accounts on the same event) is strictly prohibited.

GK 777 believes every member has the right to keep their entertainment in check. That's why we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits.
• Session Timer: Set an automatic logout after a specified period of inactivity.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break of 24 hours to 7 days — your account will be locked from login during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude for anywhere from 1 week to permanently. Once activated, the restriction cannot be reversed before the selected period ends.
